Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager | Python, Data and Machine Learning (Remote) A US-based fintech firm is building out its engineering team and hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a small, high-quality group working on data and machine learning systems used in credit investing. The work focuses on large-scale datasets, production-grade ML pipelines, and systems that directly support investment decisions. You will be involved in hiring, architecture, and execution, not just delivery. You will work closely with leadership, data scientists, and engineers, with clear visibility into how your work impacts the business.
