You’ll own end-to-end delivery from 0→1 prototypes to scaled production, partnering closely with Product, Design, and AI teams. This is a Hybrid role based in San Francisco (onsite at least 3 days/week).

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team Lead and develop a pod of frontend, backend, and full‑stack engineers, setting standards for craftsmanship and ownership Own execution of AI‑powered product initiatives from problem definition through launch, iteration, and scale Partner with Product and Design on roadmap, tradeoffs, and prioritization where AI can unlock step‑function improvements Drive predictable delivery while maintaining quality, reliability, and maintainability Provide technical leadership via design reviews, architectural guidance, and by unblocking engineers across FE, BE, and integrations Integrate advanced AI/agent capabilities with clear, explainable user experiences in collaboration with data, platform, and AI teams Establish engineering fundamentals: ownership, documentation, observability, testing, and operational rigor Hire, mentor, and develop exceptional engineering talent to build a high‑trust, high‑velocity culture Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role 5+ years of software engineering experience 2–5+ years of people management experience leading multidisciplinary product teams that ship user‑facing software Strong product engineering background building workflow‑heavy or data‑rich applications end‑to‑end (0→1 through scale) Experience building or integrating AI/LLM‑powered features into production systems, with practical understanding of iteration, evaluation, reliability, and UX tradeoffs Technical depth to review code, guide architecture, and make tradeoffs across frontend, backend, and AI‑integrated systems Proven ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and move quickly without heavy process Strong communication skills and comfort engaging directly with customers to inform product direction Here’s What Else Might Help You Out Experience scaling or evolving product engineering pods Background in B2B or enterprise software Experience with data‑rich, workflow‑heavy, or real‑time products Familiarity with event‑driven systems or complex integrations Ready to Make Your Mark?
