Engineering Department Manager

Engineering Department Manager - Automation & Robotics. Talos Automation are supporting our customer in hiring an experienced Engineering Department Manager to lead their Burlington engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on project execution, team development, customer support, and driving engineering excellence across hardware and software systems.

What You’ll Do Lead and mentor engineering personnel Oversee engineering projects from design through implementation Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Review system designs, specifications, and technical solutions Support customers with troubleshooting and technical guidance Drive continuous improvement, training, and operational efficiency Partner with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery What We’re Looking For Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience 5+ years of engineering leadership experience Background in electrical controls, automation, or industrial systems Strong project management and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Position Details Full-time | Burlington Standard start time: 8:00 AM Occasional overtime and site travel required We’re looking for a motivated engineering leader who can balance technical expertise, team leadership, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
