Engineering And Maintenance Manager (Cary)

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering operations within a highly automated production environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, supporting capital projects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. What You’ll Do Lead maintenance and engineering teams in a high-speed manufacturing environment Troubleshoot equipment issues and improve machine reliability Support automation, robotics, and new equipment installations Lead capital improvement and industrialization projects Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve efficiency Manage vendors, project timelines, and technical resources What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or maintenance leadership Experience with high-speed automation, robotics, pick-and-place, or continuous motion equipment Why This Opportunity?
