To design/ develop and test vehicle wiring harness 2. Knowledge of selection of wire’s ,fuse, connector’s and other wiring harness child parts 3.

Basic Knowledge of Plastics and sheet metal part manufacturing A Day in the life Design of Vehicle Wiring Harness Development of Wiring Harness Problem solving and Implementation of Corrective measures Preparing Design Records and Testing Data Academic Qualification & Experience B.Tech in Electrical Technical Skills/Knowledge Expertise in using Catia V5 and Electrical part Packaging requirement’s System Level Understanding and Finalise specifications of wiring harness components based on System requirement and finalise test methodology Expertise into Wire Type, Wire Size and Fuse rating Selection Expertise into connector and wiring insulations grade selection basis application Understanding of Vehicle assembly parameter’s Knowledge of Communication Protocols I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN Understanding of EMI,EMC, Transients and impact of same w.r.t Wiring harness Behavioural Skills Innovative and learning capability as Soft Skills are required.
