We’re hiring at TGMC – The Green Machine Co. We’re looking for a Product Lead / Mechanical Lead to own the end‑to‑end machine development of TGMC’s organic waste composters, dewatering systems, and compactors. This is not a “CAD‑only” role.

This is a machine ownership role — from concept → prototype → vendor → production → field performance. What you’ll lead • Full machine development lifecycle • Prototype builds, fit‑ups, and performance trials • Design reviews, assemblies, and fabrication documentation • Design for manufacturability (DFM) and standardization • Vendor coordination, audits, and first‑article approvals • Field validation, installation support, and design improvements You’ll thrive here if you • Have 5–8 years of mechanical design + machine development experience • Have led prototype‑to‑production cycles • Know SolidWorks / Fusion 360, sheet‑metal, weldments, assemblies • Understand fabrication, tolerances, and outsourced manufacturing • Take ownership, communicate clearly, and move fast Why TGMC You’ll shape the next generation of TGMC machines — hardware that solves real waste‑management problems for municipalities, institutions, and industries.
