Position : Engineer/Senior Engineer – Process Engineering Qualification & Experience : Engineering Degree / Diploma with 4-8 years' experience in Process Engineering Organization : Cyient DLM Limited Work Location : Shamshabad, Hyderabad. Job Description: 1. Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization's standards of quality and cost. 2.

Analyse product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets. 3. Analyse existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products. Key area’s: SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Solder Past printing and process issue analysis and troubleshooting Reflow Profiling and issues analysis and troubleshooting Pick and place programming, process issue analysis AOI programming and process optimization TH (Through Hole) & Selective soldering Process issue analysis and troubleshooting PCB Cleaning and conformal coating.

X ray machine programming and process optimization Good knowledge in IPC standards and experienced in end-to-end audits
