As a Software Engineer, you’ll work alongside top-tier engineers and architects solving complex problems at scale in the financial systems space. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to full-stack development, building scalable microservices, APIs.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software with a strong focus on automated testing and code quality.
  • Independently build and test software for assigned features, including automation and integration efforts.
  • Develop modern applications across financial, credit, collection and document platforms by using Java/Spring Boot APIs.
  • Create and maintain automated test suites to validate application functionality, improve regression coverage, and support CI/CD
  • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development standards and test automation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver well-architected, reliable software solutions.
  • Interact with system engineers to understand and define system protocols, requirements, and data flows.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team retrospectives with a focus on learning and execution.
  • Demonstrate growing independence in delivering software features from design through deployment.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks to keep up with industry trends. Perform independent study of technologies relevant to your domain and proactively apply learnings.
  • Write clear technical documentation on feature design, implementation details, and system behavior
  • Communicate technical issues and trade-offs effectively with engineers and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with developing test validation scripts for microservices to ensure platform service quality
  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, LoadRunner, REST Assured, or equivalent.
  • Exposure to RESTful APIs, containerized environments, and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of system operations, data flow, and service integration.
  • Strong desire to grow technical depth and take ownership of work.
