Based at our newly renovated offices at Australian Head Office, Eagle Farm, QLD workwill be varied and interesting, covering a range of battery and solar projects throughout Australia. Full training on our products is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting our Field Service Technicians with programming of Utility Scale Inverters, Power Plan Controllers, Battery Interface Controllers.

Supporting Clients with R2 Testing; Hold Points & Performance Investigations. (Remotely and at times on site).

Checking and updating settings according to the Scope of Supply and Client requirements.

Working within a team of Power Electronics Engineers to troubleshoot software, firmware, and settings issues.

Assisting with any site communications, protocols and issues.

Following relevant codes and industry standards which govern electrical installation and maintenance.

Demonstrating an excellent aptitude with electrical and mechanical tools/devices.

Updating your knowledge by reading manuals, electrical drawings, and specifications to ensure correct operation of equipment.

Understanding of written instructions and comprehension of verbal communications then ability to outline solutions clearly and concisely.

Liaising with Power Electronics Engineers in Spain to implement continuous improvement of product in the field.

About you

Ideally, you will possess a wide skillset, which could include commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, monitoring.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering. (Essential)

At least 2 years' experience working as an Electrical/Electronic Engineer.

Strong electrical engineering knowledge and aptitude, hands‑on skills, and good problem‑solving ability.

Excellent software knowledge including Microsoft suite of products.

Skilled in various communications and control systems and protocols (SCADA, PLC).

A customer focus and ability to be flexible and attentive to customers' needs.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Experience a solar or battery developer or EPC (Preferred).

Experience with python programming language (preferable but not limiting).

Full working rights in Australia.

Current Drivers licence.
