About the Role: Grade Level: 10 S&P Global Ratings Role: Software Engineer Location: New York, NY (hybrid) Team: The team builds external customer‑facing websites using emerging tools and technologies, working in a dynamic environment that encourages creative solutions for complex problems within the Commercial team. Access to the most interesting information technologies. Responsibilities Drive development of strategic initiatives and BAU tasks in a timely manner, collaborating with stakeholders. Set priorities and coordinate workflows to support S&P objectives.

Promote outstanding customer service, high performance, teamwork, and accountability. Define roles and responsibilities with clear goals and processes. Contribute to S&P enterprise architecture and strategic roadmaps.

Develop agile practices with continuous development, integration, and deployment. Collaborate with global technology development teams and cross‑functional teams. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience in a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong development skills in ReactJS, Java, and related technologies.

Ability to work in a collaborative environment. Right to Work Requirements This role is open only for candidates with indefinite right to work within the USA. Compensation / Benefits (US Applicants Only) Anticipated base salary range: $100,000 – $130,000 (final base salary based on location, experience, and qualifications).

Eligible for an annual incentive plan. Not eligible for additional incentive bonus or sales commission plan. Additional benefits include health care coverage, gym discounts, continuous learning resources, financial wellness programs, family‑friendly perks, and various incentives.
