Job Description : Electrical Engineer will primarily focus on Product testing during Engineering validation and Design validation stage. This role requires involvement in all stages of design—from initial concept development to final prototype creation—ensuring a smooth testing, compliance and technical documents. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s in electrical/Electronics Engineering Experience Requirements: 4-6 years Key Requirements: Proficient in electrical systems design, particularly for testing of various power electronics convertors and battery systems.
Knowledge of standard Electrical Drawings and Schematic development, Capabilities to write test cases and also develop the test environment around it. Sound knowledge of power electronic converters and semiconductor switches basically Ability to work efficiently and accurately to deliver the test results to Design team, Ability to understand UL, IEC and various standards of testing and certifications Desirable Skills: Hands-on experience in testing power electronics converters and battery modules/racks according to standards. Exposure to electrical switchgear such as MCB, MCCB, fuses, etc., and their selection criteria.
Understanding of busbar design considerations. Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives. Technical expertise to translate stakeholder needs/pain points to solutions Able to combine long-term and short-term goals by setting priorities Responsibilities: Develop test scripts and also design the test environment for both component and system level testing.
Conduct reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Assist in design-related activities from engineering team request through to prototype completion and testing. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing reports and other related documents.
Work with external test agencies for supporting the testing and certification activities
