Job Description
The Engineer (I/II) is responsible for all support activities related to connection design and development. The duties include but are not limited to: * Generate plans and reports for assigned projects and tasks * Perform tasks associated with engineering projects, including analysis and development work * Conduct required engineering calculations * Create, review, and maintain engineering drawings * Perform physical testing and evaluate results * Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) * Ensure engineering outputs meet customer input requirements and specifications * Provide technical support to Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality departments * Assist Quality with evaluation and disposition of non-conforming parts * Participate in patent-related activities as needed * Engage in professional organizations and industry-related activities * Communicate and brief the Manager of Engineering on relevant issues and project status Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in engineering design, calculations, and technical documentation * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Preferred: * Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools * Familiarity with physical testing methods and standards * Prior experience in manufacturing or product development environments Why Join Hunting Energy Services? * Very good and affordable medical, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) with 6% company match after 6 months * Competitive vacation and sick time off plan * Collaborative and performance-driven culture
