Engineer - Controls Engineering

Job Description We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Facilities Management team based in Oaks Park High School, Newbury Park. \Hours: 40 hours per week \As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional and welcoming. This permanent position offers a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will be valued and nurtured. \As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in maintaining building systems and infrastructure. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks including Legionella testing \n Diagnosing and repairing faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building fabric systems \n Performing minor installation works, refurbishment and system adjustments \n Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities \n Participating in a 1-in-3 week on-call rota to provide essential emergency support \This role of Multi Skilled Engineer is great for you if: \You have solid experience in building maintenance with electrical qualifications (17th or 18th Edition)\n You're comfortable with digital systems for maintenance management \n Diversity and inclusionMaking Kier a diverse and inclusive place to work is a huge priority for us.
