Your impact The role involves developing and coordinating structural BIM models, preparing structural design drawings and documentation, performing interdisciplinary coordination with Architectural and MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with project codes and standards. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Revit Structure, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and structural design software.
Data Center project experience, knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection, and strong coordination skills are highly preferred. Develop and maintain detailed structural BIM models using Revit. Prepare structural drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. Perform clash detection and resolve model coordination issues. Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and design requirements.
Support structural engineers in model development and design documentation. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and review sessions. Maintain model quality and accuracy throughout project stages.
Here's what you'll need B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering. 6+ years of experience in Structural BIM Modeling and Coordination. Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Strong understanding of structural systems, construction methodologies, and detailing.
Experience in BIM workflows, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination. Good communication and teamwork skills. At Jacobs we value people.
