Engineer - Air Conditioning Engineer

AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEER Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out mobile maintenance works across Bristol, Swindon, and Cardiff. Their client base includes, but is not limited to, commercial office blocks, industrial units, retail sites, and student accommodation. We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of Air Conditioning systems and over 5 years’ experience in a similar Electrical / HVAC / Maintenance Engineering role.

Their services encompass mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water hygiene, and fire safety systems, ensuring optimal building performance throughout their lifecycle. Tailored Solutions for Diverse SectorsOur client specialises in providing customised facilities management solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and public service sectors, addressing the unique challenges and requirements of each environment effectively.

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, and AHUs.Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.Conduct system inspections, pressure testing, and leak detection in accordance with F-Gas regulations.Work on electrical systems related to HVAC units, including control panels, wiring, and fault finding.Provide excellent customer service while liaising with clients, site managers, and contractors.Travel across Bristol, Swindon, and Cardiff to attend commercial, industrial, retail, and student accommodation sites.
