As an Engagement Manager at Stibo Systems, you will be a key partner to our clients, bridging strategy and execution to drive business value through successful and commercially sound engagements. "This role is all about building trusted relationships, ensuring our customers achieve measurable success with Stibo Systems, and supporting the sales cycle through upsell and cross-sell opportunities," says Joy Olson, Senior Director, Professional Services. Responsibilities Shape early client engagements, implementation approaches, and compelling value propositions, partnering closely with Sales to win new logos through delivery credibility and commercial clarity.

Own end-to-end engagement responsibility for assigned customer accounts, leading scoping, estimating, and the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs). Ensure successful delivery in line with agreed scope, pricing, timelines, and commercial terms, balancing customer outcomes with business objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and senior business and IT stakeholders.

Develop and present ROI‑driven business cases, clearly articulating the value of Stibo Systems’ solutions—including AI‑driven capabilities—in business‑first language. Cultivate deep expertise in Stibo Systems’ solutions and engage clients through meetings, strategic discussions, and product demonstrations. Qualifications Bring 5+ years of experience from a similar role.

Bring solid experience delivering customer‑facing projects in Professional Services, SaaS, or consulting environments. Understand project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative). Have proven experience with commercial models, scope management, and Statements of Work.

Possess strong financial acumen and negotiation skills. You love whiteboards and how to use visuals in your discussions. Are curious about AI‑driven use cases and how they can create business value for customers.

Excel at influencing without formal authority in a matrix organization.
