JOB DESCRIPTION –Engagement Manager Organic Growth (SEO & GEO) Location: Bangalore - work on-site 3 days per week Reports To: Director -Engagements Role Overview The Engagement Manager – Organic Growth (SEO & GEO) will lead strategic organic growth engagements for enterprise clients, helping them maximize visibility, customer acquisition, and business outcomes across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms. This individual will serve as the primary client-facing lead, partnering with clients and internal SEO, Content, Analytics, UX, Data Science, and Technology teams to develop and execute integrated search strategies. The role requires expertise in Enterprise SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Technical SEO, Content Strategy, Search Analytics, AI-driven search experiences, and digital business strategy.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with deep search expertise and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable organic growth solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on SEO, GEO, search trends, AI-driven discovery, and evolving search ecosystems. Develop organic growth roadmaps aligned to client business objectives, customer acquisition goals, and revenue targets.

Partner with senior client stakeholders to integrate organic growth strategies into broader digital marketing and business initiatives. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), strategic planning sessions, and executive-level client discussions. Build strong client relationships and become a trusted partner for search and organic growth strategy.

Organic Growth Strategy (SEO & GEO) Lead enterprise SEO and GEO strategies across: Technical SEO, Content Strategy & Optimization, Information Architecture, Authority Building, Entity Optimization, AI Search Visibility, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Develop strategies to improve visibility across: Google Search, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity Emerging AI-powered discovery platforms Identify growth opportunities through keyword, audience, competitive, market, and search behavior analysis. Drive forecasting, opportunity sizing, and business case development for organic growth initiatives.

Collaborate with content, analytics, and data science teams to create AI-ready content and scalable search frameworks. Analytics & Problem Solving Analyze organic traffic, rankings, conversions, engagement metrics, and business KPIs to identify growth opportunities. Translate complex business challenges into actionable SEO and GEO strategies.

Utilize data from: GA4, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, AI-powered search and content intelligence platforms. Conduct SEO/GEO audits and prioritize recommendations based on business impact and implementation effort. Present findings, recommendations, and growth opportunities to executive stakeholders.

Program & Delivery Management Own end-to-end management of organic growth engagements from strategy through execution and measurement. Lead cross-functional teams comprising SEO specialists, content strategists, developers, UX teams, analytics resources, and data scientists. Drive implementation of recommendations and ensure timely delivery against agreed roadmaps.

Monitor project health, identify risks, and proactively manage stakeholder expectations. Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes including traffic growth, AI search visibility, rankings, conversions, and revenue impact. Manage client escalations and drive resolution in partnership with delivery teams.

Commercial & Account Management Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account health. Identify opportunities for account expansion, upsell, and cross-sell of iQuanti capabilities. Support proposal development, solutioning discussions, and growth initiatives.

Ensure scope, priorities, and client expectations remain aligned throughout the engagement. Partner with internal teams to maintain strong delivery quality and commercial performance. Team Leadership Mentor and guide SEO specialists, analysts, and consultants.

Foster a culture of analytical rigor, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Share best practices across teams and contribute to capability development. Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development initiatives Who You Are 8–12+ years of experience in SEO, Organic Growth, Digital Marketing Consulting, or related fields.

Minimum 5+ years of experience managing enterprise SEO programs for large websites. Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content Strategy & Optimization, Site Architecture, Keyword Research, Core Web Vitals, Indexation & Crawl Optimization, International SEO, and BFSI/E-commerce SEO. Experience managing client-facing SEO engagements and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in GA4, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio. Proven experience driving measurable improvements in organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior team members. Preferred Experience Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-powered search ecosystems. Understanding of Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging AI search experiences.

Experience leveraging AI tools for SEO analysis, content optimization, workflow automation, and insight generation. Familiarity with entity-based search, semantic search, and knowledge graph optimization. Experience working with enterprise clients in Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, or E-commerce sectors.

Experience in consulting, digital agencies, or enterprise SEO environments Desired Qualifications: MBA from a premier institute (preferred but not mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field. SEO certifications from Google, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent platforms are a plus.

Success Measures High client satisfaction and retention. Growth in organic traffic, conversions, and business impact across managed accounts. Improved visibility across both traditional search and AI-powered discovery platforms.

Successful adoption of SEO and GEO best practices across client engagements. Increased account growth through expansion opportunities. Strong stakeholder feedback on strategic thinking, execution quality, and business impact.

Development of scalable organic growth frameworks and methodologies.
