This position, under the Director of Technical Support, involves addressing moderately to highly complex technical inquiries while providing engineering calculations.
Your work will include maintaining technical knowledge, developing solutions, and participating in early-stage innovation initiatives that contribute to the company's offerings. You will also create detailed documentation to enhance the support process.
