About the role We’re offering a Data Analyst (level 4) apprenticeship within our Energy Bureau Team as an Energy Billing Analyst Apprentice. In this apprenticeship role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, receiving expert training and support to develop your knowledge and skills.

This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is curious about working with data, naturally analytical, proactive and highly detail-oriented, and who is keen to build strong communication and stakeholder management skills alongside their technical development. As an Energy Billing Analyst Apprentice within our Energy Bureau, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. From validating utility invoices and meter readings to producing insightful portfolio-wide reports, your work will directly support accuracy, transparency and informed decision-making.

You’ll also manage tenancy changes, resolve billing discrepancies and help ensure our internal systems remain precise and up to date. Don’t worry if this terminology is new to you—we’ll teach you everything you need to know! What matters is that you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with complex and varied datasets.
