IT Support Specialist / End User Support Engineer L1 Experience: 2โ6Years Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, office IT infrastructure support, asset management, and project-based technical assistance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, supporting office technologies, and collaborating with remote technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities End User Support Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues. Provision, configure, deploy, replace, and decommission IT devices. Assist users with day-to-day technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate and escalate complex incidents to Level 2 or specialized support teams when required. Office Infrastructure Support Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, collaboration tools, voice systems, AV equipment, and workplace technologies. Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues.
Install, maintain, and support network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points. Assist with conference room technologies, digital signage, workplace monitors, and smart office solutions. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and equipment replacement.
Support scheduled maintenance activities and infrastructure upgrades. Maintain accurate incident records, troubleshooting documentation, and support logs. Asset Management Receive, register, tag, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
Perform device imaging, testing, deployment, redeployment, and secure storage activities. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic asset audits. Coordinate warranty repairs, device replacement, redeployment, and disposal processes.
Manage temporary device allocations and stock inventory. Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements. Project & Site Support Support office relocations, equipment moves, hardware refresh initiatives, and infrastructure projects.
Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments. Provide remote hands support for technical teams when required. Coordinate onsite vendor access and support third-party service providers during installations and maintenance activities.
Participate in compliance activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and end-user computing environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and wireless access points. Experience with hardware asset management, inventory control, and device lifecycle management. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Active Directory, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Strong documentation, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote support teams and external vendors. Preferred Skills AV and meeting room technology support.
Smart office and workplace technology support. Experience supporting enterprise IT environments. Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle and compliance processes.
