Who We Need

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and people-centric Employee Engagement Specialist to drive employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and execute engagement initiatives that enhance collaboration, recognition, and workplace satisfaction. This role partners with leadership, marketing, HR, facilities, and business unit heads.

Responsibilities

1. Employee Engagement & Culture

Develop an engagement strategy; build an annual engagement calendar; foster an inclusive culture; and drive wellness and recognition.

2. Internal Communications & Employer Branding

Own internal communications; design content using Canva; partner with marketing; create videos and employer branding content.

3. Employee Events & Experience

Plan town halls, happy hours, global calls, talent shows, sports, team building, recognition, and festivals; manage vendors and logistics.

4. Employee Feedback & Improvement

Conduct surveys, analyze engagement trends, perform RAG analysis, and present recommendations.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with BU Heads, HR, Leadership, Marketing, and Facilities; manage vendors.

6. Innovation & Process Excellence

Leverage AI and digital tools, automate communications, and improve engagement processes.

Key Performance Indicators

Employee Engagement Score; Event Participation; Employee Satisfaction; Communication Effectiveness; Recognition Participation; Stakeholder Satisfaction; Employer Branding Reach.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree; 2–5 years in employee engagement/internal communications/employer branding; event management; Canva/InShot/MS Office; communication, project management, and analytical skills.
