Company Overview

Our client’s company is a founder-led venture studio specializing in scaling health and wellness brands, they are hiring an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead lifecycle marketing across multiple brands.


The studio works closely with founders from product inception through global expansion, providing hands-on support across brand development, e-commerce, marketing, and growth strategy. Their team partners with wellness brands to build high-performing marketing systems designed for long-term scalability.


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Email Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of email strategy across multiple e-commerce brands while managing a small team responsible for execution.


This role requires someone who is both strategic and operational — capable of planning lifecycle marketing strategies, optimizing revenue-driving flows, managing campaign calendars, and ensuring all emails meet high standards of performance and quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email marketing strategy across multiple e-commerce brands
  • Build and optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Replenishment, Win-back)
  • Plan and manage weekly campaign calendars
  • Oversee a small team responsible for email design, copy, and execution
  • Analyze campaign and flow performance to improve revenue
  • Design or edit email templates and visual assets using Figma or similar tools, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns
  • Run A/B tests and optimize segmentation and targeting
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns and maintain high-quality standards.


Requirements

  • +5 years managing email marketing for e-commerce brands
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
  • Working knowledge of Figma or similar design tools to create or edit email templates and visual assets
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and automated flows
  • Experience managing or coordinating designers, copywriters, or marketing contractors
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage campaign calendars and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience working with high-growth consumer brands
  • Understanding of SMS marketing strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of segmentation and personalization
  • Experience scaling email revenue as a major channel for e-commerce brands
