Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (LATAM or the Caribbean)
BA Global Talent
Job Description
BA Global Talent is seeking a remote Email Marketing Manager to join a growing U.S.-based agency supporting a portfolio of consumer brands, primarily across the CPG, food & beverage, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic, hands-on email and lifecycle marketer who can own the channel end-to-end—from developing strategy and executing campaigns and automated programs to analyzing performance and recommending next steps.
You will work directly with the CMO and collaborate with the Design Director and agency team across multiple client accounts. This role will initially be part-time and hourly, with the opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities as the agency grows.
You would be joining a fantastic group of people who not only demonstrate their belief in BA and its mission but also deliver fantastic results. If you are a self-starter and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you! Apply now for an opportunity to start or further your career with a young, fast-growing company that values its front line.
Responsibilities:
Own email and lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands.
Translate business goals into lifecycle strategies, campaign calendars, testing plans, KPIs, and recommendations.
Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns and automated flows, including welcome, cart and browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, and subscription programs.
Develop segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, purchase patterns, and business goals.
Plan and execute programs supporting promotions, launches, acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase.
Develop email copy and coordinate creative briefs and assets with the design team.
Execute A/B tests across messaging, creative, segmentation, timing, offers, and flows.
Monitor deliverability, list health, and list growth.
Analyze performance, revenue attribution, conversion, retention, repeat purchase, reorder behavior, subscription adoption, and customer value.
Provide clear reporting that outlines what happened, why it happened, and the next steps.
Present insights and optimization recommendations to leadership.
Maintain campaign QA across links, tracking, segmentation, targeting, creative, and deployment.
Manage multiple brands and priorities with strong organization, accuracy, and accountability.
Stay informed about each brand’s products, customers, competitive landscape, and business performance.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal English skills, including the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations in professional settings.
Approximately 4+ years of hands-on email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing experience preferred.
Proven ability to personally own and execute email/lifecycle programs, including strategy, campaigns, flows, segmentation, testing, and optimization.
Omnisend experience strongly preferred; Klaviyo or similar platform experience also considered.
Experience managing multiple brands, accounts, or priorities; agency experience preferred, though strong multi-brand in-house experience will be considered.
Experience with CPG, food & beverage, lifestyle, hospitality, alcohol, or related consumer brands strongly preferred.
Understanding of brand-building and commercial performance, with the ability to connect lifecycle marketing to conversion, repeat purchase, reorder rate, subscriptions, retention, revenue, and customer value.
Strong analytical, data literacy, testing, and optimization skills, with the ability to turn performance insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong creative judgment and ability to collaborate with design and content teams.
Excellent organization, project management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Important: Be prepared to discuss an email or lifecycle program you personally owned, including your strategy, testing, optimizations, and measurable business results.
Time Zone: Eastern Time.
Schedule: Part-time, hourly engagement to start. This is intended to be an ongoing agency resource rather than a short-term project, with the potential to increase hours and responsibilities over time.
Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for job opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
