Summary
UN/COMMON is seeking an experienced Email Designer to support email marketing and retention-focused creative initiatives across multiple ecommerce clients. This engagement focuses on the development of high-quality email campaigns, lifecycle marketing assets, and related creative deliverables that support client retention strategies.
Requirements
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably supporting ecommerce, DTC brands, retention marketing, or agency clients.
• Demonstrated experience designing for D2C email marketing and lifecycle retention programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Motion design experience, including GIF creation and familiarity with Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Experience using AI design tools for image generation and optimization.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with clients and team members in a remote working environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant email marketing, retention, ecommerce, and digital design work.

Additional Requirements
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English is required. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members in a business environment.
• Must be available to collaborate and attend meetings during standard Eastern Time business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
