We’re working with an engineering-led medical device company based in Surrey, developing advanced imaging hardware used in clinical environments. They are currently growing their electronics team and are looking for an Electronics Design Engineer with a strong hardware background to support the development of new products.

Responsibilities of the Electronics Engineer This is a hands-on position focused on electronics hardware design, with involvement across the full product lifecycle: Schematic capture and PCB design/layout Development of multi-layer boards Board bring-up, testing and debugging Supporting products through to production Working closely with firmware and software teams on system integration Why would an Electronics Engineer want to join Opportunity to work across the full design cycle, rather than being limited to one stage Exposure to high-performance, real-world products Collaborative engineering team across hardware, firmware and software Scope to broaden experience into areas such as firmware and system-level design over time Skills & experience required from the Electronics Engineer Experience in electronics hardware design Strong PCB design and schematic capture experience (Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.) Background in analogue and digital circuit xwzovoh design Comfortable working in a lab-based environment with hands-on testing and debugging Desired skills: Exposure to high-speed or mixed-signal design Some experience with embedded systems or firmware (C/C++) Experience in regulated environments (e.g. medical, aerospace, automotive) If you are an electronics engineer seeking a new opportunity, then apply now with an up-to-date CV or reach out to Bradley Hayden for more information.
