Compensation Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $75.00/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and more Salary Range: $50-$75 per hour, negotiable based on experience, education, location, and other factors Interview Process One virtual interview Key Responsibilities Perform WCCA testing according to military and industry standards (MIL, ASTM, TIA, EIA) Review test results with SMEs, update designs, and write reports Set up and operate test equipment in various environments Troubleshoot electronics using scopes, analyzers, and TDRs Document test results and corrective actions clearly Collaborate with engineers and customers on product development and improvement Support root cause analysis and design verification Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 4+ years of experience in WCCA or test engineering Knowledge of electrical and environmental testing standards For more information on how we use your data, read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement .
