\n THE OPPORTUNITY\n
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent with a strong mining background to join our team at a remote underground mine site. RESPONSIBILITIES\nIn this role, you will:

- Lead a team of supervisors and set the standard for safety and performance on site \n
- Assist the Project Manager with daily operations and project delivery \n
- Monitor project progress and report on cost, scope, and schedule \n
- Review plans and drawings to support estimating and pricing strategies \n
- Maintain detailed records of work‑in‑progress and project communications \n
- Complete daily and weekly project reports \n
- Participate in project planning, reviews, and audits \n
- \n
- Positive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills \n
- Proven leadership in site safety and team management \n
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role (mining experience preferred) \n
- Previous underground mining experience highly regarded \n
- Mining Supervisor certification (S123) desirable but not essential \n
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams) \n
- Experience interpreting project schedules (MS Project or Primavera) \n
- Quality assurance and budget management experience \n
- \n
- Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech \n
- Electrical Licence \n
- Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months) \n
- Current Unrestricted C Class Driver’s License \n
- White / Blue Construction Card \n
- \n
- High‑risk work License (with WP class) \n
- Working at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months) \n
