- Ensure all electrical work is delivered in accordance with relevant UK legislation, BS 7671, manufacturer requirements, MCS requirements and applicable industry standards.
- Support resource planning, contractor onboarding, competency checks, training requirements and supply-chain development to maintain sufficient delivery capacity.
- Monitor operational performance, quality trends, compliance, productivity and KPIs, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement where required.
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Commercial and partner teams to ensure installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Candidate Requirements
- Significant experience in an Electrical Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, Qualified Supervisor or similar mid-management role within domestic electrical or renewable energy installations.

- Proven experience managing both directly employed engineers and subcontract installation partners across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience delivering programmes or schemes with strategic partners, including performance management, service levels, reporting, issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical compliance, inspection and testing, certification, technical auditing, quality assurance and defect management.
- Confident leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make sound technical and operational decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to visit installation sites, partners and subcontractors when required.

- Organised, accountable and solutions focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple installation programmes.
- Clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships with engineers, subcontractors, strategic partners and internal teams.
- Committed to safety, quality, customer service, team development and continuous improvement.
