This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing installations, coordinating crews, and ensuring electrical systems are installed, maintained, and completed safely and efficiently on commercial job sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites Coordinate daily tasks, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and safety regulations Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members Maintain productivity, quality control, and job site safety standards Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and provide solutions in the field Qualifications 7+ years of commercial electrical experience Proven experience as a Foreman or in a leadership role Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installations Ability to manage crews and multiple project demands Willingness to travel as required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OSHA 30 certification REQUIRED Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits Weekly pay Referral program Opportunities for overtime Important Note This is a time-sensitive opening due to immediate project demands.
