The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, be able to read blueprints and schematics, and have experience leading crews on large-scale construction projects.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing installations, coordinating crews, and ensuring electrical systems are installed, maintained, and completed safely and efficiently on commercial job sites. This is a pressing, high-priority hire, and we are looking for a candidate who can step in quickly and take charge with confidence and professionalism. If you are a proven leader with a strong background in commercial electrical work and are comfortable traveling as needed, we want to hear from you immediately. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites Coordinate daily tasks, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and safety regulations Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members Maintain productivity, quality control, and job site safety standards Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and provide solutions in the field Qualifications 7+ years of commercial electrical experience Proven experience as a Foreman or in a leadership role Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installations Ability to manage crews and multiple project demands Willingness to travel as required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OSHA 30 certification REQUIRED Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits Weekly pay Referral program Opportunities for overtime Important Note This is a time-sensitive opening due to immediate project demands.
