**WORKER WILL BE LOCATED AT THE DUPONT EXPERIMENTAL STATION LOCATION** 200 Powder Mill Road, Experimental Station, E336 – Wilmington, DE 19803
This opening is for one Engineering Associate.
**Bachelor's or associate degree in electrical/mechanical or relevant engineering**

Responsibilities:

• Operate and develop benchtop test equipment for characterizing material properties and conducting reliability testing.
• Learn quickly to become proficient in a range of tests and processes.
• Be accountable for own contributions in a timely manner.
• Solve simple problems using scientific reasoning.
• Use hand-held power tools for sample preparation and hardware modifications.
• Collect and compile data from tests.
• Collaborate with multifunctional team members.
• Maintain the lab, including labeling samples and waste disposal.
• Maintain, verify, and calibrate lab equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in electrical/mechanical or relevant engineering.
• Skilled in programming and data acquisition.
• Knowledge of CAD modeling.
• Hands-on electrical engineering knowledge.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Motivated to learn and apply new skills.
• Fluency in English.
