TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Senior Electrical Engineer role to work for one of Canada’s top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry. Job Description Develop and assess project labor and material estimates. Create electrical equipment specifications and conduct technical bid evaluations for various equipment types.

Conduct and verify calculations, including short circuit and voltage drop analyses for electrical distribution systems. Review vendor drawings and address related issues. Offer engineering support during construction phases.

Manage schedules, estimates, and manpower forecasts. Understand electrical design considerations and interdisciplinary interfaces crucial for complex mineral processing facility designs. Prioritize HSE, technical assurance, and safety in design.

Communicate technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences. Job Requirements Hold a professional engineer registration in Canada. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

At least 10 years of experience in an EPC or EPCM setting. Preferably have experience in mineral processing; other heavy industrial experience may be considered. Ideally have experience with power systems up to high voltage and familiarity with ETAP software.

Knowledgeable about electrical codes and regulations. Demonstrate supervisory experience. Proficient in English with strong written and oral communication abilities.
