Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical and electromechanical design efforts for new and existing products Support manufacturing, assembly, and quality teams to ensure product performance and reliability Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and support RMA investigations Develop and execute validation and verification test plans for new components and suppliers Analyze electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering tools Create and maintain engineering documentation, schematics, and assembly instructions Drive continuous improvement initiatives including FMEA and risk mitigation strategies Analyze test data and present findings to support engineering decisions and product enhancements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology is required 5+ years of experience in electrical or electromechanical engineering is required, with a strong blend of electrical & mechanical skills Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics, and system-level troubleshooting Experience with design, validation testing, and manufacturing support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability Proficiency with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, Microsoft Office tools and data analysis platforms Helpful Skills: Experience with electromechanical systems like motors, switches, gearboxes and mechanisms Ability to troubleshoot across both electrical and mechanical systems CAD experience Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
