Purpose
- As Global Electrical Lead, you are responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of Electrical System and Equipment across the company’s operations.
- Your role involves the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the electrical system and equipment, including but not limited to PMS, HV/LV switchboards, IEDs, transformers, UPS and battery systems, VFDs, and other related equipment. You work closely with other departments to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- You play a key role in defining strategies for operations and maintenance, monitoring, and design improvement of the Electrical System and Equipment.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement in the design and operation of Electrical System and Equipment for the existing fleet and new builds
- Contribute to the definition of governance processes, tools, and strategies to drive performance.
- Support the definition and implementation of assurance processes.
- Contribute to the development of maintenance programs and schedules.
- Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to promptly resolve systems and equipment issues.
