Electrical Engineer (Social Housing) - Bristol Base pay range: £38,784 - £42,038 base salary, with up to £70,000 OTE. Location: Bristol & surrounding areas. Benefits: Company van, fuel card, private healthcare, training, career progression, 24 days holiday + bank holidays.

Overview We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work within social housing properties across Bristol. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties. Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades. Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards.

Deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to tenants. Maintain accurate job records and documentation. Ensure safe working practices across all tasks.

Required Qualifications & Experience Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential). AM2 qualification (essential). Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred).

Full UK driving licence. Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations. Desirable Qualifications City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.

Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses. What We Offer £38,784 - £42,038 base salary. OTE up to £70,000.
