We’re seeking a Substation Physical Engineer to lead physical design, provide technical direction, and manage projects from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do: Lead physical design for substations, BESS, and solar collector projects up to 500kV Develop arrangement packages, grounding designs, and construction-ready deliverables Collaborate with client engineers, construction teams, and multidisciplinary design staff Mentor junior engineers and designers, reviewing deliverables for accuracy and compliance Support project scopes, estimates, schedules, and budget management What We’re Looking For: B.S. in Electrical Engineering (PE license or ability to obtain within 1 year) 5–7+ years’ experience in substation physical design and utility projects Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills Utility industry experience highly desired Advance your career working on high-impact utility projects with a collaborative, innovative team.
