Electrical Bias M&E Engineer Location: Static Commercial Office Building - Liverpool Salary: £38,000 + Overtime + Call-Out Opportunities Working hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm The Opportunity We're recruiting for an Electrical Bias M&E Engineer to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial office building in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the building Fault‑finding and repairing electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, and distribution boards Supporting mechanical and HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors Conducting routine plant checks and ensuring building systems operate efficiently Responding to maintenance requests and supporting site operations Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site procedures What We're Looking For Electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ / equivalent) Previous experience within commercial building maintenance Strong fault‑finding and maintenance experience on electrical systems Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of building services Able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and client‑facing skills What's On Offer £38,000 salary Monday‑Friday working pattern Static site role Overtime opportunities Stable, long‑term contract within a professional commercial environment Ideal Backgrounds This position would suit engineers currently working within commercial offices, retail, healthcare, or corporate buildings who are looking for a stable static role with a strong day‑shift schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
