Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer – Lititz, PA The Opportunity Our client is a local electronics manufacturer supplying the defense industry who has engaged us to identify an Electrical Engineer for their Lititz, PA location. This position will be responsible for being the primary technical contact for a range of US DoD products, systems, and services, involved in engineering development, design, and production of analog, digital, and RF products.

The ideal candidate will have experience: Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. Innovating for internal R&D. Improving product design and test efficiency.

Interacting with customers and suppliers for technical support. Applying electrical engineering principles to solve customer issues. Supporting program life cycles.

Contributing to design processes using established models. Handling Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Requests for Variances (RFVs). Assisting systems, software, and mechanical engineering.

Developing and updating corporate processes. Skills & Abilities Required: Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, including microprocessors, analog, digital, RF. Review electronic schematics and PCB layouts.

Participate in design, code, and test reviews. Work on test plans and procedures with senior Electrical Engineers. Familiarity with Boundary scan, Xilinx VHDL, and digital design.

PWB layout experience using Altium Designer. Strong technical communication skills. Qualifications include: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
