Electrical Engineer EIT at PHASOR Engineering

Become part of PHASOR Engineering’s technical team as a Power Systems Studies Engineer in Training (EIT) in beautiful BC. This full-time role emphasizes hands-on learning and power system analysis. We are seeking a motivated individual with a year or two of experience to contribute to our engineering design and testing projects.

This position involves learning about various electrical studies, working directly with experienced professionals, and assisting in budgeting and scope planning for study projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to success in this supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Work alongside the Substation and T&D Line Design team • Conduct power system study projects with seniors • Draft technical reports and perform calculations • Engage in client design and review meetings • Coordinate data collection from field sites Requirements: • 1-2 years of electrical field experience • Familiarity with ETAP, SKM, PSCAD, PSS/E • Good knowledge of IEEE standards and Canadian Electrical Code • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • EIT registration in Canada is required; P.E. is a bonus Leverage your engineering strengths at PHASOR Engineering and grow in the power systems sector in BC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
