Electrical Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Electrical Engineer on a permanent basis to work for a business that provides low carbon and cost effective power generation and battery storage solutions to customers. Your role will be to carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance work on Comap and Deep Sea Generator Controllers. You will maintain and optimise installations that helps customers improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions and move towards a vital net zero future.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: At a minimum, an ONC/D or City & Guilds qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent Time-served technician, preferably with a minimum of 3 years’ industrial electrical experience Competent electrician with the ability to interrogate and programme Comap and Deep Sea generator controllers or similar controllers are acceptable Competent in fault-finding electrical control panels Ability to read and interpret electrical design drawings A full, valid driving licence Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm and Friday, 8.30pm - 4.00pm Benefits include: Fantastic salary package of £35,000 -£40,000 Attractive Overtime Rates Company Van Weekend and Out of Hours Work 24 Hour Call Out Rota 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension and private healthcare If this role is of interest of you would like to know more please apply today for immediate consideration.
