EHS Engineer Solar - Fresh Graduate

We are looking for a highly motivated Civil Engineer, Occupational Safety Engineer, or related Engineering professional to join our team as an EHS Engineer - Solar. This position is designed for a fresh graduate who is interested in building a long-term career in the renewable energy industry, with a strong focus on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities in Solar PV projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, strong communication and organizational skills, and a genuine interest in workplace safety and renewable energy projects.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree related to Occupational Safety, Prevention of Risks, Civil Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Strong interest in EHS and renewable energy projects
• Internship, academic, or project experience related to construction, occupational safety, Solar PV, or energy projects is valued
• Basic knowledge of Chilean occupational health and safety regulations
• Advanced English level

Responsibilities:

• Support EHS activities for Solar PV projects
• Assist in monitoring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Support the identification of workplace hazards and implementation of preventive measures
• Participate in site inspections, safety meetings, and EHS audits
• Support the preparation and management of EHS documentation and reports
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture
• Support training and awareness activities related to occupational health and safety
• Monitor compliance with applicable Chilean EHS regulations and project requirements
• Continuously develop knowledge of EHS best practices and safety standards within the renewable energy industry
