Job Description
Take ownership of Health & Safety delivery across €100m+ residential and commercial construction projects.
Work with an established construction company delivering large-scale developments across Ireland, including apartment schemes, timber frame housing projects and educational facilities.
With a strong reputation for developing their employees and maintaining a positive company culture, they are looking for an experienced EHS Advisor to take ownership of safety delivery across live projects.
This is a senior opportunity to work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and management while helping maintain high standards across some of Ireland’s largest construction developments.

Key responsibilities
- Manage Health & Safety across assigned construction projects
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and safety reviews
- Provide practical H&S guidance to project teams and subcontractors
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with Irish Health & Safety legislation
About you
- NEBOSH Certificate
- 5+ years’ construction Health & Safety experience
- Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation
- Experience working on residential or commercial construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
