Job Description

Bomany Montessori is looking to recruit 3 (Full time or Part time) Early Years Educators / Lead.

Skills/Abilities

• Good humoured, flexible and self – motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• To report any concerns or issues to Manager
• Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions
• To be responsible for the health, safety and well-being of the Children, staff and building
• Ability to plan and organise activities and your designated area in accordance with current childcare guidelines and Siolta and Aistear
• Ability to work to a timetable to complete all day to day tasks
• Ability to keep records, observe children and compile individual learning records
• Ability to work in conjunction with existing Childcare Team to provide a high standard of care and education

Qualifications Required

• Have a recognized Early Years qualification at Level 5/6/8 +, or equivalent recognized by DCDE
• Have necessary qualifications/experience
• Successfully completed a First Aid course/ manual handling

Experience Required

• Have a working knowledge of Siolta and Aistear
• Experience is desirable though not essential
