We are seeking Educators who hold their Diploma or Cert III of ECEC. The successful applicant will be required to work five days per week, have a passion for working with children, be an enthusiastic individual who loves supporting the discovery of children's unique personalities.

Qualifications and requirements:

Hold a Diploma or Cert III of ECEC

Hold a current Blue Card

Hold a current First Aid Qualifications (Early Childhood specific)

Holding a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or exemption card.

Completion of Child Protection Training and demonstrated knowledge of mandatory reporting obligations.

Understanding of and commitment to the Child Safe Standards and National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.

Demonstrated ability to identify and respond to concerns about child safety and wellbeing.

Willingness to adhere to Sanctuary's Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and Child Safe Environment Policy

As part of our safety systems, CCTV operates throughout children's learning environments and common areas. Blue Cards are linked to Sanctuary on commencement in line with legislative requirements.
