EDM Programmer-Setter, RAM/Wire

What you’ll do Interpret blueprints, sketches, models, and product descriptions to determine setups, tooling, and process requirements for EDM operations. Set up and operate RAM (sinker) EDM equipment to produce parts to specification.

Modify G & M codes to improve efficiency and part quality. Inspect/verify part conformance using gaging; document results as needed. Remove finish marks and perform fitting/assembly tasks, such as punches into punch.
