Are you completing your teacher training this summer and looking for your first role as an Early Career Teacher (ECT)?
Vision for Education is working closely with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across South Liverpool, with opportunities available from September 2026.
Whether you're hoping to secure a long-term position where you can complete your ECT induction, explore different year groups through supply teaching, or find the right permanent school for you, we can help.
We work with primary schools across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including schools throughout areas such as Aigburth, Allerton, Childwall, Wavertree, Woolton, Garston and surrounding South Liverpool areas.
Many of our partner schools have excellent experience supporting ECTs and offer strong mentoring, structured induction programmes and ongoing professional development.
What you'll be doing

Teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths and the needs of the school.

Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons.

Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils can thrive.

Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.

Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.

Completing your ECT induction within a supportive long-term placement where applicable.
We're looking for someone who
-
Holds, or is due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by Summer 2026.

Is passionate and enthusiastic about primary education.

Has strong communication and classroom management skills.

Is flexible, reliable and keen to continue developing professionally.

Has high expectations for pupil behaviour, learning and achievement.

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
