Qualifications We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily operations across online marketplaces and our e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, marketplace management, customer handling, and ensuring smooth online sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management Handle seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Shopify, etc.

Monitor product listings, pricing, and promotions across portals. Ensure accurate product information, images, descriptions, and specifications are updated regularly. Order & Inventory Management : Process and monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

Maintain inventory levels and prevent stock-outs or overselling - in Excel .Good excel knowledge Catalog Management : Create and upload new product listings. Optimize listings with keywords, titles, bullet points, and product descriptions. Coordinate with graphic/design team for product images and banners.

Sales & Performance Monitoring : Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports. Analyze marketplace trends, competition, and customer demand. Support in planning promotional campaigns and offers.
