Our teams operate globally and remotely, combining deep platform expertise with structured processes and best‑practice execution. Overview LSM Global is continuing to scale its global eCommerce Account Services team and is seeking an experienced eCommerce Account Consultant to join us in India on a contract basis. This role is critical to the operational health, compliance and risk management of Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts across our international client base. The successful candidate will work as a peer-level team member, owning operational excellence and partnering closely with Account Management, Advertising and Sales teams globally. About the Role As an eComm Account Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding and setting up client accounts followed by the day‑to‑day management of Amazon operational health dashboard, account and product compliance and defect resolution across global marketplaces. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong experience with Amazon systems, particularly Vendor Central and Seller Central, and confidence working within Amazon’s compliance and operational performance frameworks. Key responsibilities include: Investigating, managing and resolving Amazon Brand Registry, Seller Performance and compliance-related defects Proactively auditing account and brand configurations to identify risks, errors or non‑compliance Monitoring and resolving order, inventory and operational defects across global marketplaces Handling Amazon compliance requests, escalations and performance notifications Ensuring best-practice execution of all operational tasks in line with internal SLAs Monitoring critical communications from Amazon and routing them to the appropriate internal teams Supporting the setup and refinement of processes and workflows as platform requirements evolve Assisting clients with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central and Brand Registry onboarding Creating and maintaining internal operational and compliance reporting Managing account access, contact options and system configurations for internal teams Supporting the transition of relevant operational tasks from other departments where required Contributing to ongoing improvements in operational and compliance processes across the business Who You Are This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, detail‑driven and confident navigating Amazon’s operational and compliance environments.

Essential experience: Proven hands‑on experience with Amazon Vendor Central (required) Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Brand Registry Experience with submitting compliance documents to Amazon via product compliance portal and managing Amazon compliance cases via Contact Us Excellent written and spoken English Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across regions A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset Nice to have: Broader compliance or operational experience outside of Amazon preferably in ecommerce space Experience supporting multiple international marketplaces Previous work in an agency or multi‑client environment Role Details Job type: Contract (full-time preferred, 40 hours per week) Location: Remote / flexible within India Start date: 1 July 2026 or ASAP What We Offer Salary : ₹12,00,000 INR per year A key role within a growing global eCommerce Account Operations team Exposure to major international brands and marketplaces Opportunities to deepen expertise in Amazon operations and compliance
