Meditab Software (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for its sister company, Polariseb5, a U.S.-based EB-5 Regional Center.

Location: Ahmedabad, India – Office-based

✈️ Travel: Up to 50%

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in EB-5 projects

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced EB-5 Consultant & Project Coordinator who can take ownership of EB-5 project origination, due diligence, legal coordination, and project management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EB-5 program, USCIS regulations, Regional Center operations, and the immigrant investor lifecycle, along with an established network of U.S.-based developers and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Origination & Due Diligence

• Identify and source new EB-5 investment projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with U.S.-based developers and financial stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence on real estate, infrastructure, and commercial projects.
• Evaluate capital structures, job creation potential, developer track records, and overall project viability.
• Lead initial project structuring discussions and prepare project viability reports.
• Monitor EB-5 market trends and identify potential TEA opportunities.

Legal Coordination & Project Management

• Coordinate with immigration and securities attorneys, developers, economists, and internal teams.
• Facilitate the preparation and review of PPMs, business plans, economic reports, and other offering documentation.
• Coordinate timelines and documentation for I-956F applications and investor petitions.
• Track project milestones, compliance requirements, and job creation metrics.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and legal teams to ensure proper deployment of investor capital.
• Identify and resolve project-related compliance and documentation issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in the EB-5 industry.
• Strong understanding of USCIS EB-5 regulations and Regional Center operations.
• Experience across the EB-5 project and investor lifecycle.
• Proven ability to source and evaluate EB-5 projects.
• Strong network with U.S.-based developers, project sponsors, attorneys, or financial stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or specialized legal/EB-5 training will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across India and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
