Early Years Teacher (Spanish Speaker)

The International Trilingual School of Warsaw,Poland, is currently recruiting anEarly Years Teacher (1-5 years old) for October 2026.

The main role of the Teacher is to :

• Teach the curriculum based on the four main fields: literacy, numeracy, science (projects), social and emotional skills
• Maintain communication with the parents of the assigned grade,
• Cooperate with the team of teachers teaching the same (common for all languages) curriculum standards in Polish, French, Chinese, Japanese, and English.

Main Accountabilities:

Teaching:

• Planning lessons and sequences of lessons to meet students' individual learning needs and to ensure students' progression.
• Using a range of appropriate strategies for teaching and learning and classroom management.
• Used flexible groupings and structured inquiry to deliver high-quality lessons in line with our curriculum.
• Maintain a well-organized and stimulating learning environment.
• Using information about prior attainment to set expectations for students.
• Using a range of assessment and reporting methods that show student's achievement about learning outcomes.
• Providing clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers.

Communication with the parents:

Maintain up-to-date communication aiming to engage parents in their child's life and cooperate with them on the development of crucial life educational skills

Wider professional roles:

• Planning and engaging in professional learning activities that support school and systematic priorities.
• Taking responsibility for their professional development and using the outcomes to improve teaching and students' learning.
• Making an active contribution to the policies and aspirations of the school.
• Ensure administration of classroom procedures is completed efficiently.
• Collaborating with members of the school community to build a team environment that supports students' learning.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor
• Teaching Experience: 1+ years
• Licenses & Certifications: Teaching Credential/License
• Additional School Requirements: Qualifications: Good command of English is necessary Spanish native speaker teachers only Experience working in a multilingual and multicurricular setting is an asset Early Years certification required Passionate about education for 1-5 year olds Only kind, caring, collaborative teachers need to apply
