\nWe are seeking an engaging and confident Centre Director to lead a recently transformed 82 placed early learning centre in Brisbane’s northside. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to step into a service that is entering its next phase of growth.
\nWith occupancy continuing to increase and strong support from ownership and operations, we’re looking for someone who can build relationships, strengthen team culture, and create an exceptional experience for children, families, and educators.

This service is licensed for 82 children and has seen significant occupancy growth since coming under new ownership. With marketing strategies already in place and increasing community interest, the focus for the incoming Centre Manager will be on:

- Leading and developing a growing team \n
- Driving a positive and accountable centre culture \n
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members as occupancy grows \n
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community \n
- Supporting educators through coaching, mentoring and professional development \n
- Maintaining high-quality practices and compliance standards \n
- Preparing the service for future assessment and rating goals \n
- Partnering with support office to achieve occupancy and quality objectives \n

- Relationship-focused and genuinely passionate about early childhood education \n
- Confident in leading change and driving team performance \n
- Experienced in coaching and developing educators \n
- Strong in communication and family engagement \n
- Organised, resilient, and solutions-focused \n
- Comfortable working in a centre undergoing growth and positive transformation \n
- Australian PR or Citizen (sponsorship not available) \n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher \n
- Previous experience in a Centre Director, 2IC or similar leadership role \n
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements \n
- Current Working with Children Check and relevant certifications \n
